"Wow, wow, wow!!! I am so thankful I made the switch from my previous agent to Erika and her team!!! I had been having an unreasonable amount of trouble trying to get in touch with my pervious StateFarm agent. I reached out to Erika's team in tears because I had been going back and forth with the auto repair place, attempts to contact my agent, and the unfortunate endless redirection from my agent's representative to the 1-800 number; what's the purpose of having a local agent if their approach is to send the insured to the 800 number for everything? In less than 24h, Erika and her team completely turned my troubles around. They managed to resolve the 3 major concerns I had been tackling all on my own for the last 3 weeks. The sheer relief she has provided really lifted my spirits. I HIGHLY recommend making Erika (and her team) your StateFarm agent. They truly do everything in their power to help resolve your troubles and embody the StateFarm motto."
